About the Cronos Group BV

Although CRONOS is many things to many people, it’s definitely not a “one size fits all” company. We focus on the problem at hand and we “resize” accordingly. Markets are not consistent groups of buyers, but collages made up of groups of customers with different priorities. Therefore we can’t be everything to everybody, but we do go a long way…

Instead of satisfying everyone by offering a “standard package” to the market, we try to personalise everything we do. We believe that only personalisation can lead to maximum customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

We understand that personalisation puts a lot of pressure on our innovation talents (which basically means: providing tomorrow’s solutions today), but we know how to handle it.

The basic building blocks of the CRONOS organisation are “Competence Centres”. Depending on the initial problem identification, they can offer 4 dimensions in our approach to solving the business problem at hand.
